GENUINE PARTS & ACCESSORIES
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY**
INSTALLED BY AUTHORIZED DEALER ON A NEW OR USED BRP VEHICLE
For a period of twelve (12) months starting from the date of the retail sale, this limited warranty covers parts, accessories, and labor. BRP will repair or replace genuine BRP parts and accessories found defective in material and/or workmanship further to normal use and service. Labor and collateral damages to the vehicle may be covered only if the failed part or accessory was installed by a BRP authorized dealer/distributor such as MMS.

SYMPATEX APPAREL: LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY**
BRP warrants that all SympaTex® apparel will be free of any defect in material and/or workmanship for the lifetime† of the product further to normal use and service. BRP will repair or replace SympaTex® apparel found defective in material and/or workmanship.

HELMETS
4 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY**
For a period of forty-eight (48) months starting from the date of the retail sale, BRP will repair or replace BRP helmets if found defective in material and/or workmanship further to normal use and service.
BRANDED MERCHANDISE
1 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY**
For a period of twelve (12) months starting from the date of the retail sale, BRP will repair or replace warranted Branded Merchandise items*** found defective in material and/or workmanship further to normal use and service.
* Valid only for new BRP accessories, apparel, genuine parts and Branded Merchandise purchased at an authorized BRP dealer/distributor or on an authorized online store.
** Unless otherwise stipulated or required by law.
*** The Remote Controlled Can-Am Maverick X3 X RS Turbo is excluded from BRP’s limited warranty as it’s covered by the licensee’s warranty.
This limited warranty does not apply to factory-installed parts and accessories or Evinrude parts and accessories.
This limited warranty is effective as of March 1, 2016.
